Elite Members are welcome to partake in a complimentary 30-minute intro class and private assessment.
Non-members can participate in an intro class for $40 and a private assessment for $75.

Packages of 10 classes, 20 classes, and private classes are available.

Class Descriptions

Level 1 / Beginner Reformer
Learn the Pilates repertoire and nail the foundations of Equipment in this moderately paced and challenging class.

Move at your own pace. No Pilates experience is required! Your instructor will guide you through each workout session with hands-on adjustments.

The benefits are amazing for your body! Agility, core stabilization, and concentration of the mind. Create a coat of armor from the inside out! #Pilates is for LIFE!

Mixed Level Reformer
Small group Reformer class for all levels. We tailor the class to fit the group. Always staying focused on the quality of the movement and proper form.

You should have completed some private sessions or speak to one of our instructors for more details. You want to make sure this class is the best fit for you.

Intermediate Reformer
Quicker pace and knowledge of the Pilates repertoire a must. Please speak to one of the instructors to be cleared for this class. Clients in an intermediate class need no assistance and know the proper set up for exercises.

Jump Board & Jump Combo
Jump board is a fast-paced Reformer workout that keeps your heart rate up while building and toning your body as only Pilates can. The class puts special emphasis on the Reformer's Jump Board to keep you in constant motion and energized from start to finish.

Alternate between Jump Board and Tower for a 360° workout. You'll burn fat as well as align your body and connect to your mind for strength, flexibility, and agility.

EXO Chair
This class is suitable for students who are generally comfortable with some Pilates experience. A challenging workout; resistance bands for upper body strengthening; gain balance, coordination and flexibility; exercises based on the core Pilates principles with attention to proper breath and form.

Tower - Springs Class
For those who love Pilates and want the burn too. “Springs” is perfect for those of you who want to get in shape and feel great!

We embrace the original techniques of Joseph Pilates and his original “contrology”, Spring work will improve joint flexibility and range of motion as well as give you a great full body workout!

The aim of "springs" is to make Pilates more accessible, using clear language and fast paced simple movement, rather than following the classical repertoire used in our other classes. Springs is simpler in choreography, fast paced and there are less moving parts so you can get a great workout no matter what your fitness level is!
